Waiting

I created this recently as a challenge to see what I could create in an hour. Ultimately with the final inking, adjustments in GIMP, and creating the background, it took me about 3 hours total. It was worth it to spend the extra time on it however.
The image of a skeleton at the bottom of the sea fishing came to me during a walk and I thought it was humorous enough to do something with. I've noticed that in a lot of popular art right now "cute skeletons" are kind of in, so I figured this would be a fun opportunity to try my hand at it. The details, such as the half-floating bobber, the dead fish surrounding the main character, and the faded background came about as I worked on it and really tell the story of whole piece. Overall it was a blast to work on andI hope to do another one like it soon
